Tears filled my eyes as President Barack H. Obama gave his inaugural speech. This is a new era in life for us all. We must all
come together in unity to make The United States of America once again the strong nation it set out to be and once was. Our
forefathers set the stage and we now must perform to the best of our abilities to fulfill it purpose and dreams. Through hope,
love, understanding and homage, we can build together as one people, no matter what race,color, or creed. We as one people.

President-Elect Obama and Mrs. Obama attended St. John Episcopal Church at 9:00 this morning. Pastor T D Jakes delivered the
sermon, "Keep The Faith When Times Are Difficult" (Daniel 3:19), along with other messages. Following around 9:48 a.m.he and
Mrs. Obama left to greet President Bush and First Lady at the White House. Mrs. Obama presented First Lady with a gift ( a Pen
and Journal for her memoirs), President Bush and First Lady re-entered The White House along with President-Elect and Mrs.
Obama around 9:56 a.m. First Lady and Mrs. Obama exit at 10:45 and President Bush and President-Elect Obama exit at 11:00
a.m.preceding to the Capitol in President-Elect's new 6ft. tall limousine.
Over 2 million people filled The Capitol Mall. Massive crowds were from all over the United States and other countries looked in
at this history unfolding. Kenya, Alabama, Hong Kong, even students at Besuki Elementary School in Jakarta Indonesia, where
President-Elect Obama attended. There were many celebrities there also, such as Magic Johnson, Spike Lee, Oprah Winfrey,
Smokey Robinson, Denzel Washington Muhammad Ali, Dustin Hoffman., and many more.
Arriving at the capitol entering the podium our 39th President Jimmy Carter, our 41st President Mr. George Bush Sr., our 42nd
President William Clinton, President George W. Bush and Mr. Joseph R. Biden Jr. The wives and family also entered. Other
highly appointed persons had entered the podium. Ms. Aretha Franklin sang "My Country Tis of Thee". At 11:46 a.m. Diane
Feinstein was the Madame of Ceremony presenting Pastor for the invocation. Vice President -Elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. was
sworn in at 11:58a.m.. Now, Vice President of The United States of America. An instrumental, " Air and Simple Gift", arranged
by John Williams was performed at noon.
At 12:08 p.m. Chief Justice John G. Roberto Jr. swore in President -Elect Barack H. Obama as our 44th president of The United States of America. President Barack H. Obama is now our President of The United States of America. He spoke a powerful inaugural message. "The challenges are real and they will be met" he said. "All are equal, all are free and deserve the chance to pursue and fulfill their free measure of happiness." "American is a friend of each nation and we are ready to lead once more". He went on to tell us all to do our part hand in hand through loyalty, honesty and hard work to make the world strong, standing together. He concluded his speech at 12:26 p.m. Elizabeth Alexander presented a poem and Rev. Joseph Lowery did the benediction, concluding with the Lord's Prayer. . 12:40p.m. THE END. With a NEW BEGINNING.
