ABOUT US
Woman Associate Ministry is a non-profit, GOD
fearing, organization. Established Dec. 3, 2004 in
Anson County, North Carolina. We are pleased to be
used as vessels of GOD to help show his undying love
for his people. In doing so WAM came into being.
WAM with other individuals and organizations feel
that it is an Honor to show appreciation to those who
go well beyond their call of duty to help those who
have been captured in life's many traps. The Gospel
Homage Award of Honor is an award of Integrity,
Fidelity, Respect, Diligence and Endurance.

Our vision is to help create a link between all of
GOD'S people as one, for we were established to help
displaced women, children and men, because at one
time we ourselves were displaced and GOD sent forth
help for us. Now we would like to Honor those who
have the vision to help others.

On June 11, 2005, we introduced ourselves by
starting a Worship and Praise Dance Awards program
in order to raise funds for this mission. This gave us
great joy to see GOD'S people enjoy themselves so
much.. Thank GOD that we did this because not
knowing that in August 2005 the Hurricane Katrina
victims would be needing funds for the displaced
women, children and men. Although it was not what
we would have liked to send them, it was something to
help. This touched our spirits very much and today we
continue to do our part in honoring many that help
displaced women, children and men.

In 2006 our ministry held the Worship and Praise
Dance Awards, but because of inaccurate
advertisement the Worship and Praise Dance program
was not as successful as the year before, however
GOD always has a plan for his people. We still were
successful in honoring several of his people that have
been placed in positions To Give To GOD'S People,
which still fulfilled our goals. We feel that this all has
been in GOD'S plan. Many other organizations and
churches have presented awards to praise, worship,
mercy, etc, dancers since the
Worship and Praise Dance Awards program in June,
2005.
No award was given in June, 2006 for the dancers
because of inaccurate advertisement. We still
however, on September 22, 2007 honored those
individuals and organizations that have GOD'S people
at heart. We also awarded one of our Special Guest
Awards to a Worship Praise Dance Team because
dancing for joy has been part of our introduction to the
Woman Associate Ministry of Anson County.

With GODS grace upon us September 20, 2008 the
Gospel Homage Award of Honor ceremony was once
again successful. WAM adopted the Worship and
Praise Dance Award as the Obeisance Award.
Thank GOD for favor.

Liturgical dancing before the Lord is an essential part
of praising GOD. Expressing deep Respect and
Courtesy. An excellent signing illustration for the
hearing impaired and brings to the platform that which
secular dancers can not. Feel the spirit of dancing in
GOD'S presence, worshipping GOD with Obeisance.

All as one under GOD, we can make a difference. Let us all
strive to help displaced women, children and men in
whatever way we can.

School. Served in United States Army Reserves. Attended Strayer Business
School.. Attended Community College of Baltimore, Social Work 1,II and Early
Child Care. Attended Emerson School of Technology, Jesus Christ of Power
Church Ministries-Oral Roberts, Baltimore- Washington Districts.

Employed at Bethlehem Steel Corporation, Sparrows Point, Maryland. John
Deere Industrial Corporation, Timonium, Maryland. Yellow Cab Company,
Baltimore, Maryland., House of Ruth, Baltimore, Maryland. Department of
Corrections, Jessup, Maryland.

Volunteer: Head Start, Vice Chairperson, District of Maryland.
House of Ruth, St. Mary's Cathedral, Bee Gaddy House of Hope. St. Paul's
Shelters. Cultural Arts Community Center. Golden Gospel Awards,1977-79.

My most inspiring mentor was Mrs. Bee Gaddy. She helped so many people,
feeding and Clothing them working from her home. Also directing them in life.
She will always be remembered by so many of us.
